Refund Policy

Digital Products

Due to the digital nature of our products, all sales are generally final. Once a 3D model file has been delivered, it cannot be "returned".

When We Issue Refunds

We will consider a refund in the following cases:

• The file is corrupted or cannot be opened
• The product significantly differs from its description
• Duplicate purchase (accidental double charge)

How to Request a Refund

Contact us within 14 days of purchase with your order details and reason for the refund request. We will review and respond within 3 business days.

Processing

Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear within 5-10 business days depending on your payment method.
